The rooms are new, modern, and spacious, which I really liked. My one complaint is the hangers. They're really cheap, feel sticky and gross, and you can see it in the picture. With a car, this is a great spot for getting outside Milano, and parking is available for 10€/night. The airport and autostrada are easy to reach without traffic jams. For city sightseeing or public transport, though, the location isn't so good. It's about a 20-minute walk to the Metro, or you have to take a bus and switch.

The staff's hospitality made our trip so much better. Everyone was kind and helpful, and we had a wonderful stay. Breakfast was amazing. On our last day we checked out at 6:00 AM, before the 6:30 buffet opened, so the staff prepared a takeaway bag with croissants, drinks, and snacks. On arrival night we picked up food from a supermarket about a 15-minute walk away and heated it in the microwave. Even supermarket food tastes incredible in Italy! 🤍 The room was spacious and comfortable, though the beds were a bit high for our children. When we asked, staff brought extra pillows right away. There is a laundry room on the 1st floor, with the washer and dryer costing 5€ each. Ask reception how to use them first, or you might lose your 5€! 😂 Taxis in Milan are affordable, which made this a good base for exploring, and it was convenient for our early flight. Highly recommended!

It's a lovely, new hotel near the airport, but too far from Milan's sights to really see the city from there. Public transport is difficult to use. There's no room service either, so you have to go to the restaurant in the hotel next door.

After a long travel day, we had a wonderful stay. Dinner and breakfast were both very good, and Anna's warm hospitality made her an absolute delight. The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. I'd definitely stay again.
