The location felt both wonderful and safe, and we’d be very happy to stay here again. Our room and the reception area were beautiful, with a cozy but spacious feel. The staff were lovely and helpful, check-in was quick, and they even offered us a slightly later checkout, which was a thoughtful touch. We had a great stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel. Thank you!

Jo, the property manager, was such a bright spot throughout my stay. She was really helpful. The room was clean and cozy, had an amazing view, and was very close to all the attractions. I enjoyed staying here and would definitely come back.

The location was great, but the cleaning was poor and there were lots of mosquitoes. There was no fridge or ice box. My AC wasn’t working, and the bathroom sink didn’t work either. We asked several times for someone to fix them, but nobody came. If you can find a better place in the same area, go for it.

What a waste of money. This was literally the worst hotel experience you could have. There was no room service or water in the room, and the bed was uncomfortable with really cheap sheets. The hotel is on a street with no soundproofing, so noise comes through. The room was supposed to have AC, but it didn’t work. When I reported it, the response wasn’t professional. They said maintenance wasn’t available at night, and because they were fully booked, they couldn’t move me to another room.
