The staff's response when we raised concerns was dismissive and unapologetic, with no sense of professionalism. Before that, we had already waited a long time for the cleaners, which made for a very unwelcoming start. Once inside, we found grimy floors, stained bedding, and dust in every corner. Paying for a room and then facing conditions like that was really disappointing. This was one of my worst stays. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, and I'd tell people to look elsewhere for somewhere clean and welcoming.
