The room's location was great, with a fantastic view, and the furnishings were good, though dated. Still, small details were missed: there was just one coffee capsule for two nights and three guests, and the dishwasher's water was turned off, which took me a while to figure out. One person had to use the sofa bed, but there was no bedding for it. I wouldn't book here again. If you're driving, I'd make sure your arrival time is confirmed. Our original booking was for March 2022, and we had an on-site contact then. We moved it to August because of illness, which was easy and only involved paying the seasonal surcharge. We entered our precise arrival time on the platform and updated it again 30 minutes before we arrived. GPS found the address right away. Work on the barrier meant we could drive straight into the parking lot instead of going around the one-way street again and holding up traffic. Because I drove in directly, I ended up needing to speak with several people. A call to the number on the booking platform told me to contact the property manager. The arrival time we'd entered had apparently been seen, but no one seemed to care. I also never got a reminder after March to contact the on-site manager. After a lot of back and forth, he finally showed up. His call was very brief, and I found him unfriendly. Things didn't improve in later messages, even though I apologized for not calling him.
