I spent a week here and thought it was great for the price. The room was clean, the staff were good, and the location was the best part. The M1 metro and Milano Centrale train station are both close, about 400 meters away.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful, though they speak only a little English. It’s in a great spot for shopping and restaurants, just two small blocks from the metro. Breakfast was American style, with fruit, bread, cheese, cereal, eggs, and coffee. There’s also laundry and a bar.

The location was great, and the Chinese family running the hotel were nice. But the rooms smelled of cigarettes and mold, and the facilities were bad.

I walked in after midnight to ask about a single room and was charged 50 euros a night. It was small and basic, with no heater and only warm water. I later found out the owners only let guests use the heater after 4 p.m., then turn it off in the middle of the night. It was just below zero outside, and the room got ice cold overnight. Unless you’re in an emergency, I wouldn’t choose this place. At that price you can stay in a good three-star hotel nearby. The bed was so hard it felt like sleeping on the floor, and my back hurt when I woke up. The only good things were the location and the friendliness of the Chinese staff.
