The communication was very poor and they weren't proactive at all. On Friday at 16.00, they told me I couldn't move in on Sunday as planned and agreed in the contract. I was flexible and agreed to move in the following Wednesday instead. When they didn't reply to some of my emails to confirm the check-in time, I called, and they told me I couldn't move in at all. They cancelled the booking less than 24 hours beforehand, leaving me with a lot of problems and extra costs. The contract had a three-month notice period. Not trustworthy at all.
