Grand Hotel et de Milan

We spent three nights here over Christmas and had a wonderful stay. The hotel isn't large, but the service and experience were excellent. Staff were warm and attentive, and the design felt thoughtfully done for guests. There were seats in the lobby and on every floor. The decorations were elegant and reflected the hotel's proud history. We loved the breakfast, and the bar food and drinks were amazing. We'd definitely come back.

We stayed one night in August with our nine-year-old, before flying home from Milan. We were looking for old Italian charm with a luxurious but contemporary feel, within walking distance of everything. The hotel was exactly right and exceeded our expectations. Staff were friendly, professional, and accommodating from beginning to end. It was our birthday, and they made a special effort, including giving us gifts. You can walk to everything you need. We'll absolutely return.

For me, this is easily the best hotel in Milan. The interior is gorgeous, elegant and refined, with care in every detail, yet it still feels warm and welcoming. The service was professional and outstanding. Highly recommend.

Breakfast was delicious and a lovely way to start each day, and the location made it easy to reach the Duomo, La Scala, and the shopping streets on foot. My room at the Grand Hotel et de Milan was spacious, spotless, and done in a classic Milanese style. The hotel's historic character is beautiful, while the overall feel stays elegant and comfortable. The staff were kind and attentive and made me feel welcome throughout. A memorable five-star stay.
