The place was dirty when we arrived, with dust and hair everywhere and brown stains all over the couch. It felt completely unhygienic and disgusting. When we raised it with the owner, he was extremely unfriendly and dismissive. He didn’t apologize and ignored our complaint. Self check-in was a disaster too. The key lockbox was disgusting, lying in the dirt, and was at a different address. The poor cleanliness and service, and complete lack of customer focus, were unacceptable.

They canceled my reservation without explanation less than a month before the trip. A few hours later, it was available again at triple the price. Very greedy people!

Good value for the area, and a perfect apartment for two with air conditioning. The owners were friendly and helpful. It’s in a nice neighborhood full of bars and restaurants, with an excellent location.
