Hostel Colours

At 1 AM, loud music was still blasting through speakers and there was no way to rest. The staff were unprofessional and unclear about payment. I’d booked and paid online, but at reception they claimed the payment only covered the city tax. They gave no proper explanation and made me pay another €24. I left shortly after arriving because there was mold everywhere, the rooms were in awful shape, and the bathroom was worse. The pillow and sheets were dirty. The bed felt so unstable that climbing to the top bunk seemed unsafe, like it might collapse. A terrible experience, and definitely not somewhere I’d recommend.

We'd booked and paid already, but when we arrived, the guy kept demanding more money and then refused our booking because we wouldn't pay extra. Don't go there, it's absolute trash.

The women's dorm couldn't be locked, and everything was so filthy that I had to leave. The bed was nasty, as was the rest of the place. I've never seen a dirtier hostel. The bathroom was horrible, and the shower curtain had mold from the floor up to hip height. Especially if you're a woman travelling alone, don't go here. I tried to get a refund after leaving as soon as I saw the rooms, but they haven't answered my emails. If you have any other option, choose it.

I booked a month and a half ahead, but on arrival they said the hostel was full and had no room for me despite my confirmed reservation. They kept me waiting almost an hour without offering a real solution. Eventually they suggested putting an extra bed in a studio several floors up. It was dirty and smelly, poorly equipped, full of stains, and the bathroom door couldn't be locked. I had to spend two nights in those unacceptable conditions before they moved me on the third night to somewhere somewhat more suitable. The whole stay was really disappointing. They didn't honor my reservation and the accommodation was very poor, so I don't recommend this hostel.
