The property was fantastic, and being so near the city centre made getting around easy and enjoyable. The staff member who helped with my booking was supportive and helpful all the way through. I'm very grateful for the assistance.

The communication was really rude. She took €250 as a deposit and didn't return it. She was extremely impolite. When I asked how to turn off the air conditioner, she answered in capital letters, like she was shouting at me. A very bad experience.

I tried to cancel after being asked to send a copy of my passport to an info@ email address. It was already a day after booking, but still a full five days before the stay, and they refused to cancel. The Booking ad says identification is checked on arrival, but apparently that means emailing a passport copy to an alias address. I'm €538 out of pocket, and disappointed by Fiorentini's rigid attitude, even after Booking tried to mediate. Be careful dealing with them.

Check-out at 10:30 is really early, so keep it in mind if you have plans. The owner wasn't very kind and didn't want to hear anything. Such a shame.

We were in Milan for three days to see some friends, who suggested this place to us. The apartment was spacious, spotless, modern, and had all the comforts we needed. It's practically central, just a few steps from the Duomo. I loved it and would definitely recommend it.
