We were very happy with what we got for the price, and would definitely recommend the apartment. The room was a little old but clean, the bed was super comfortable, and the shower was spacious and nice. There was plenty of sink space, and the bidet was a nice addition. The service was kind and helpful. The location was perfect for our trip: everything we wanted to see was within walking distance, so we didn’t take a taxi or public transport at all.

The place was disastrous. There was construction outside, but nothing about it was mentioned on Booking or Airbnb. We couldn't open the windows without being face to face with workers smoking outside. It was also too noisy to sleep late or relax in the room. Our child had a fever and needed to sleep during the day or late in the morning, but that was impossible. We told the company and asked to cancel or change rooms. They said there was nothing they could do because it was an “act of god”. They asked to reimburse some of the money and even lied about that. Don’t book here!

The location is great, but the service was horrible. We couldn't get through the building gate because nobody had given us a code, so we had to wait for someone inside to open it. Once we got in, we didn't know which floor to go to and stopped at each one to look for a sign with the name. At the right floor, nobody answered when we rang. We called Priceline, who contacted the company, and someone finally arrived to check us in 30 minutes later.
