We had a 4 am checkout, and the older caretaker was so helpful that he even gave us breakfast that early. The staff were kind, breakfast was generous, and the hotel was clean every time we returned to our room. It was a beautiful place, one of the best hotels I've stayed in. 10/10, 100/100.

The hotel has free parking, and it's easy to catch a tram nearby to the city centre or walk there. I liked the old fashioned building, interior, and check in and check out system. Since it's a 2-star hotel, set your expectations accordingly and look at it for what it is. Our room was spacious, with a comfy bed, a fridge, and somewhere to store clothes. The shower and toilet areas were roomy too. There was even a cute balcony with a palm growing beside it. Breakfast was included: a croissant, great coffee, and a choice of other cakes, jams, Nutella, or cereal.

The hotel is close enough to popular areas, and tram 24 stops right outside. There are stairs only, which was the one downside. Otherwise everything was lovely. The hot water in the shower and sink wasn't working right, but they fixed it by the next day, which was impressive. Basic, but good for a short stay.

A practical base for exploring the city, with a parking spot available. Breakfast was average, with individually wrapped croissants, though the coffee was good.

My friends and I stayed for two nights. It was nice for the price, and they offer complimentary tea and coffee in the morning.
