The room was cozy, clean and tidy, and I felt safe staying here even though it's not near the train station. Bus 81 gets to Milan Central pretty quickly. There's customer service around the clock, and someone was at the desk collecting our key when we checked out at 6am. The only issue for me was the limited hot water for a morning shower, so showering at night may be better. Otherwise, I had a good stay.

We had a very enjoyable six days in Milan and would definitely stay here again. Our rooms were modern, clean, a good size, and had everything we needed. The hotel suited us perfectly for both price and location. It's a little away from busy intersections, so it's quieter, but there are shops for food and essentials nearby. The metro is a four-minute walk, with both the red and green lines, and Central Station is about a 20-minute walk if needed. As a small hotel, it felt personal. A very kind lady looked after us all week with helpful advice and nice touches. Breakfast was fine, with a range of things to try before heading into the center. I'd certainly recommend it.
