The service was great, which is why I gave it a high score, but the stay was a mixed one. The man at the front desk was very nice and tried his best; eventually his boss agreed to turn on the air conditioning. I booked this hotel partly because it had AC, so having to argue about it was a dealbreaker for me. The beds were horribly hard, and both the room and bathroom were tiny. The minibar didn't work either. It's a bit far from the center, but easy to reach by car. The garage was good, and parking and unloading in front were straightforward.

The room was spacious and clean, with great AC and a very comfortable bed. We were really happy with it. The metro is extremely close, and there's a supermarket across the way for affordable snacks and drinks. There are also nice cafes, bars, and restaurants nearby if you want a local evening instead of heading to the center. Hotel Delizia gave us five-star service. We've stayed in much more expensive hotels, but the care and attention here were just as good. The room was spotless, and two bottles of water were left in the fridge for free, a small gesture that stands out when other hotels charge €5 per bottle. Every evening we chatted with the receptionist about our day, then talked about our night when we came back. They were caring and glad to help with any plans or questions. Ricky was especially helpful and kind, and we'd love to see him again on our next visit. Antonio was friendly too, though we saw less of him since he works during the day. If you're choosing between nearby hotels, we'd book Hotel Delizia again. Great value.

The service was very friendly, and breakfast was great. There's no A/C, but opening the window is fine.

The surroundings were quiet and pleasant, and the atmosphere was great. My room was clean, and the staff were really friendly, especially Andrea. Very good for the price.
