Your team made us feel at home at Indigo Milan, and we were able to focus on our work while feeling supported every day. The warmth, professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care from the staff made this one of the most amazing hotel stays any of us have had. We know how demanding and complicated this historic Olympic period was. The team met every challenge with positivity, grace, and real dedication, and we noticed and appreciated it more than we can say. I want to start by thanking Mr. Ricardo at the front desk. For my last night at Hotel Indigo Milan, he found a solution and arranged a quiet corner room so I could sleep properly. His help made the stay memorable. Thank you, Ricardo! I was there for two nights, from September 11 to 13. The location is great, close to the Duomo and surrounded by lots of good shops and restaurants. Room 201 was a good size for two, with two windows, a cute little balcony, and a fantastic minibar. The bathroom was small but had everything I needed, including some nice amenities. One window wouldn’t close properly, so early morning noise disturbed my sleep. Breakfast was disappointing, with a limited selection. The boiled eggs were cold, and there was no live cooking station. I couldn’t find basics like sunny-side-up eggs, scrambled eggs with cheese, or avocado toast.

The location was peaceful and relaxing, and the food, though not very varied, was always tasty. The staff were welcoming and friendly throughout. Simone was especially lovely and helpful. I had a great stay here, a lovely experience.

The breakfasts were fantastic, and the staff were consistently friendly and ready to help. The hotel is only a few minutes from the Duomo Cathedral and also close to a Metro stop. Grazie mille for a wonderful stay 😊

The rooms cost a bit more than I’d like, but the lunch options for business are very nice. It’s in a great location, with standout staff and service. The space has a modern Milanese look, designed with real attention to detail. Highly recommended.
