The best thing about this place is its location, with public transport easy to reach. That's more a credit to Milan than to the hotel, though. We booked through booking.com and clearly paid too much. There was mold on the bathroom wall and ceiling, and the shower door didn't seal at the bottom, so showering flooded the bathroom. When we raised it, staff said they already knew about the mold and were waiting for cleaners and painters. They admitted they'd knowingly put us in a room with untreated mold.

The reception staff were lovely, and the beds were comfortable. The location worked really well, close to the Science Museum, metro, tram and some very good restaurants. They kindly looked after our luggage while we explored before our flight. Thank you!

The rooms were very clean, and the tram lines 2&10 pass right in front. You can walk to several of the main sights from here. Reception is on the second floor of a residential building, which felt a bit odd, but don't let that put you off. It's available 24/7 and the staff are mostly very friendly. The walls don't block sound well, so you can hear people coming and going. We were lucky that during our week there it didn't bother us too much. I'd stay again.

We stayed for one night. The location was good, but honestly it felt more like a nice hostel with private rooms than a hotel.
