The public transport links are excellent, and the area felt safe to me. I had no hesitation walking back late in the evening, and there are several restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Staff were attentive and very friendly. On my third day, the receptionist gave me the right key when I came back without asking my room number, even though the hotel was fully booked and the staff had changed since morning. My two cappuccinos in the morning were just a small gesture, and they handled my other requests as quickly as possible. The room was very nice and became spacious after a room change, with a large balcony. My three colleagues had less space, but found staff just as helpful. Breakfast was perfectly fine for savory choices, and the sweet options, more typical of the country, were excellent and had a surprising amount of variety. The rooms were clean too.

The single room was small, but its equipment all worked. The place felt clean and fresh, and the receptionist was polite and friendly. Some parts of the heated towel rail were rusty. Also, the city tax is 7€ per person per day.

We had no complaints. The staff were all friendly, and on our last day they let us leave our luggage there. Our room was big enough and had a balcony, and the bathroom was clean. Breakfast was nice with a good range of choices.

The room was cleaned every day and was clean to begin with. Breakfast and coffee were good, and the hotel is in a good area near both the metro and the train station. The staff were wonderful, kind, and friendly, from reception, where they answered our questions and helped us, to housekeeping and everyone else. I couldn’t have chosen better in Milan. I recommend this hotel!

There’s a large supermarket nearby and two metro stations within walking distance, which made getting around the city easy. We especially enjoyed breakfast on the beautiful terrace, with a delicious, varied selection. Staff were outstanding, friendly, attentive, and ready to help, and they made sure our requests were taken care of. We loved our stay, made wonderful memories, and would happily come back and recommend it to friends.
