For a short visit, this is a satisfactory, reasonably priced place with basic comfort. The rooms are on the small side and could use some updates, so comfort and amenities are limited. Staff are attentive, friendly, and ready to help. The location is convenient for getting around Milan, though it isn’t right among the main attractions. Guests after luxury or a central spot may want to look elsewhere.

We arrived after 10 and had no trouble. The area overall didn’t seem very safe, but the hotel and the immediate surroundings felt okay. Its location was good, close to the train and metro stations, with shops and restaurants nearby. Staff were very kind, and since the room didn’t have many facilities, they offered us a fridge and hot water. The building is historic, which makes the small rooms and limited facilities understandable. There’s a small elevator. A kettle in the room would still be better. I disagree with the criticism in the review I was responding to; this deserves at least 4.5.
