Finding another hotel late at night cost us much more, and we felt unsafe after what happened. We had a confirmed booking and arrived a little after the stated check-in time. The property did accept us, but our room clearly wasn't ready. It looked like it was still being renovated. When we pointed this out, the man there became aggressive and rude, shouting at us and making us leave. We'd already been given keys and paid, but he still told us to get out. It was the worst hotel experience I've had, completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Avoid this place until it's actually ready for guests.

The room was clean, had air conditioning, and faced the street, but we didn't hear any noise. Carlos was very kind and kept giving us great advice about what to visit. Thanks for the warm welcome and good service, Carlos. I'll definitely come back.

Watch out when booking room 302. The shower is inside the room, while the bathroom is out in the hallway.

Carlos at reception was so kind and helpful. He recommended a great restaurant and shared lots of useful information about the city. We had a wonderful stay. The rooms were warm, cozy, and comfortable, and the view from the window added to the charm. We'd love to come back!

The first night was awful: the door wouldn't lock, and the staff's only suggestion was to prop it shut with a chair. The place was also loud, and we could clearly hear other tenants. They even asked us for an extra 25 euros on top of the 50 we'd paid for taxes. The room wasn't what we'd booked either. There was a shower in the corner by the bed, with the toilet out in the corridor. The staff were the worst part, so rude and unprofessional. The whole stay was extremely uncomfortable, and I definitely don't recommend this place.
