Imperiale Suites Milano

The location made exploring easy, with the city's main sights all within walking distance. But the lack of working air conditioning made our nights uncomfortable in the high indoor temperatures. We were told first that country regulations prevented its use, then simply advised to open a window. That let insects into the room and disturbed our rest. We weren't told during booking or at check-in that the AC wouldn't be operational. If we'd known, we might have chosen somewhere else. Paying for amenities that weren't actually available felt unfair, and we wish the hotel had been more upfront. The location was a real plus, but the poor communication and lack of comfort left us disappointed.

The rooms were clean and pleasant, and the equipment and maintenance were high quality. We really appreciated Aaron &Deymi's hospitality. The staff were helpful and happy to assist with everything we needed, including calling for medical help. The hotel is in an excellent location, and we'd gladly stay here again on our next visit. We wholeheartedly recommend it.

Aaron and the team were great hosts, always responsive and accommodating. In general, we had a good stay, though a few things could be improved. We booked a suite, but one room was an open area facing the kitchen. A sliding door would give it some privacy. It would also help to have hooks for clothes in both bathrooms. Our unit, #01, got quite noisy early in the morning, with sounds like people clearing garbage.

The people in Milán are so nice and polite. It's a great city to visit, and I can't wait to come back to Milan.
