I woke up covered in swollen bites, even on my eyelid, and recognized the signs of bed bugs from my time as a digital nomad. I searched the sheets and caught one on video. I understand this can happen even in good places, so I wasn't angry as long as they dealt with it. The staff apologized and refunded me. Later, when I came back for my bags, the manager said they had closed and disinfected the room. I checked and found it open, with new guests already in the bunks, including mine. When I challenged him, he gave weak excuses. Bed bugs are a huge problem to get rid of and spread quickly. If you stay at this hostel, fumigate your luggage when you get home, seriously. If you're not scared, do some research. This team is completely irresponsible and putting people at risk. I'd rather sleep outside on a bench than deal with this now.

There are lots of express markets nearby, and the metro is close. It’s easy to get to the central station and Duomo. My first hostel experience, and honestly, it was worth the price for the location. A good place for cultural exchange, with a responsive administration.

For the price, the rooms aren't bad at all, especially if you're traveling on a budget, and the location is great. The staff are nice too. I don't really get the bad reviews, this is what you can expect from a hostel in a city like Milano at this price. It was a great experience!

I was unsure after reading some other reviews, but then realized there was nothing wrong with this place. I stayed for two weeks and had no issues with the service, staff, or neighbors. The room was clean, the neighbors were nice, and the staff were kind and happy to help with requests or suggestions.

The hotel was dirty and poorly maintained, and the whole experience was completely unacceptable. They charged me €10 just for leaving my small backpack on the floor by reception until I came back to collect it. It didn't use electricity, water, or any other service, but they still charged me for it. Avoid this place. They'll charge extra for anything they can.
