In a quiet area, and just two metro stops from the Duomo, this is a very good place for the price. The beds were clean and really comfortable. The shower got a bit chaotic while running, but it wasn't a big deal. Breakfast was lovely, fresh, and exactly what we asked for. You pick items from a list and they bring them to your room at the time you choose. I'd recommend it.

The convenient location was a plus, but the room equipment needs maintenance. We had a sudden power outage at the security box, water leaking from the shower door, and several lights that didn't work. When we raised these problems, the owner was dismissive and insisted the room was "perfect." While checking the security box, we found residue from a battery leak after the power outage. The owner had also lost the master key and didn't deal adequately with the maintenance problems, which left us feeling less secure and undermined our trust. We're patient and respectful Japanese, but we left one night early because of this. Our bag and clothes were soaked by a leak, though we dried everything overnight with a hairdryer. I'm dismayed by the owner's reply. The credit card issue was an honest mistake, since I'd booked several months earlier. The owner told me, “you are illegal in Italy!” We certainly weren't lying. As the reply shows, the owner was the opposite of accommodating. I'd suggest that future guests read feedback across different sites to get a sense of the maintenance and the owner's customer service, including his responses.

The location was the one good thing about this stay. Inside, the room smelled awful and the air conditioner barely cooled it. When I told the owner, I got an immediate, cranky response and no attempt to fix anything. The building carries every sound, and there’s only one key for everything, so if you’re staying with someone, you have to go out and come back together or one of you loses electricity. If you get locked out, nobody answers the bell. The coffee machine had no pods, and when I asked, I was told to drink water. After I left a bad review, they texted me insults. The people running this place seem immature and concerned only with getting paid. They also came onto Google maps and made up complete lies. This place is an embarrassment to otherwise lovely Milanese people. Go to a proper hotel; I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here.

I’d happily come back if I’m in Milano again. The area is quiet, and there are lots of different transport options nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was included. Everything was clean and well equipped, and the bed was great. I first booked two nights in a single room, then added a night, and later another night in a double room with a friend. They got the new room ready quickly so I could move my things.
