La Cordata Accommodation - Zumbini 6

I stayed for 14 days and found this close to perfect if all you need is a basic, comfortable room. The neighborhood is quiet, the rooms have plenty of space, they're cleaned daily, and the beds are comfortable. The ceiling fan works well, too. For the price, that's a good deal, and the staff are amazingly friendly. It's about a 15-minute walk to the metro and Navigli. Being out in the suburbs also means some restaurants and landmarks aren't as close. WiFi was poor during peak hours, and there wasn't availability when I tried to extend my stay because they were fully booked.

Rooms are quite affordable, from 22-100 euro a night depending on what you need. There's a kitchen for anyone planning to stay longer, and a bar with music and plenty going on at weekends. The rooms are very clean, with cleaning twice a week. Reception is very good, and they speak a little English, which can really help foreign guests.

The room was comfortable, with lots of locker space, and the kitchen was well equipped with a kettle and stove. There are terrace areas where you can eat, too. Lovely hostel, though it got too hot in the room at night.

It's a decent budget hotel, and it seemed to follow COVID-19 guidelines well. WiFi was fairly fast, and you can use the kitchen. There's also a Lidl nearby. They'd usually have a breakfast buffet, but not during COVID times. We spent one night here and will be back for another. The staff are kind and helpful, especially the lady at reception, who speaks German and English quite well. They can also suggest places to eat and explain how to get into the inner city.
