The bathroom was in terrible shape: no heat because it was broken, rust everywhere, and a bathtub we couldn't use. There weren't any light fixtures or bulbs, and the outlets were burnt out. The room with the red door smelled strongly of damp, had no light, and was piled with huge garbage bags full of clothes. The place looked nothing like the owner's photos. It was a basement with an entrance straight out of a horror movie. I'd call the film “Abandonment and Fear in Milan.”

Awful place, dirty, and there weren't any clean towels or sheets. The mosquito screens at street level were broken, so some animal could get in at night. If you want the experience of staying in a fallout bunker, I recommend it 🤣🤣🤣
