We had a spacious, air-conditioned room, and breakfast was included. The staff were some of the nicest people I met. Being right in the heart of Milan made it easy to walk everywhere. I’d highly recommend staying here!

The rooms were comfortable and the location was awesome. I left an item behind, and the staff were so kind and helpful about shipping it to me. I can’t recommend them enough. AMAZING SERVICE!

The hosts were great and always ready to help. The hotel is only a few steps from Piazza del Duomo, Metro station, Scala, Quadrilatero, and more, which makes it a great base for enjoying Milan, one of the capitals of luxury. Thanks, and see you soon!

The room was freezing, colder than the corridor, and when I asked for a duvet they offered me only a thin blanket. I nearly slept with the door open. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the pillows were just as hard and uncomfortable. Probably one of the worst hotel nights I’ve had.

I looked at so many places before choosing this hotel, and I’m really glad I did. It was spotless and well-maintained, with great service and everything I expect from a hotel. The location was amazing too. I’ll definitely stay here every time I come from now on. Highly recommended!
