We’re staying here tonight and can’t wait to leave. The room is extremely noisy, so we haven’t been able to sleep, and it feels like an old jail cell. This apartment is a joke, like a run-down one-star motel in the United States, for comparison. Expedia and the other booking sites promoting this place with fake reviews should be sued.

I picked this hotel for its location near several public transport stops. The room, called “Confort,” was nice and clean, and the area was good. Check-in was fast and efficient, and the lady who handled it was kind and helpful. They provided complimentary pastries, fruit, yogurt, coffee, and toiletries, including toothbrushes. It’s a great room for this price range.

There are plenty of complimentary snacks and fruit in the fridge, and they keep topping it up. The rooms are charming and clean, a little over a kilometre from the Duomo, and checkout is flexible. For check-in, go to the point next to Pave Bakery; the rooms are in a building a few metres away.
