Magna Pars- L'Hotel à Parfum Small Luxury Hotels of the World

I was worried because the reviews weren't that great, and I'm picky about hotels, but this turned out to be one of the most beautiful and unique properties I've experienced. There's lots of natural light, it's clean, and the bathroom is huge. The concierge was really helpful. I could ask for help on WhatsApp and they'd respond straight away. I also loved the lounge area for working. A simple breakfast was included, which was a nice start to the day. I'd definitely recommend it.

We were in Milan for two nights and one full day. We didn't use the bar or have breakfast, but the front desk pointed us to a nearby bistro for a late dinner on arrival. It was clearly a local favorite. They also sent us to a wonderful pastry shop for breakfast. The hotel lives up to its five-star rating, with a beautiful, spacious room and excellent amenities and service. It's outside the city center, but close enough to reach in a 15-20 minute walk.

The hotel is brand new and scenic, but problems with the structure and service kept me from feeling positive about the stay given its stars and price. Although it's a huge hotel, the reception is only 3x5 meters and is also the sole access to the elevator area for the restaurant downstairs. On my first of two full days, they mopped the bathroom but not the room floor. On the second, the kitchen area hadn't been replenished with coffee pods or sugar. I asked for two high chairs for the room and found out they were the only ones in the hotel. So I chose to eat breakfast and dinner in my room rather than wait through the meal transfer times, which were too long. I was given room 34, whose entrance was 80 cm from a stair railing. I was traveling with two children under one year old, so obviously needed to bring a double stroller. I'd booked a week ahead, and the stay could have been organized better.

Vlad and Marta were especially good, friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Their service made our stay comfortable. It's a nice hotel with excellent customer service. Highly recommended!
