We couldn't shower because the water temperature wouldn't work. I called customer service, but the man I spoke to was very rude and didn't help. I booked through booking, which was no help either, and never got a refund for the night. In the end, we didn't even sleep there and had to go to a nearby hotel. The apartment felt gloomy, with no natural light at all. It was on the first floor facing north, and every window had fixed curtains that couldn't be opened. It was run down and poorly cared for, and it wasn't clean: there was hair in the bathroom and the kitchen fridge was dirty, among other things.
