Breakfast was very good and included, and the staff were kind and accommodating. The room was warm, tidy, and clean, with fluffy new towels and a good bed. The location worked well for us, close to the metro and a shopping street. You can also walk to the city centre.

The friendly, professional staff made us feel welcome, and breakfast had a decent range and quality. We had a pleasant couple of nights at Hotel Napoleon, and the location was convenient. Our room was listed as 20 m², but in practice it felt closer to 15 m², so there wasn’t much room to move around. Several pieces of furniture, especially the bedside tables, had sharp metal edges around leg height. They’re easy to bump into and could be dangerous, particularly at night. I hope the hotel looks at making those areas safer. There’s potential here, and some care with the room layout and safety would make the stay better.

Rosa at the front desk made our Milan visit especially memorable. She welcomed us warmly, offered spot-on local tips, helped us find specific places, and greeted us with genuine warmth each day. She was efficient, thoughtful, and so well informed, like having a personal Google at reception, only better. She’s a real asset to the hotel, and we’re looking forward to seeing our friend Rosa again. Thank you so much! The hotel is only a few metres from a metro stop, so the main attractions are easy to reach. It’s in a safe, elegant area near Milano Centrale, but the neighborhood is quieter and more pleasant than the streets right around the station. The room was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was another nice surprise, with better variety and quality than we’d had at hotels in other parts of Italy. Highly recommend for the service and location, especially if Rosa is there.

The staff were really friendly, and the station is about a 12-minute walk away. Breakfast was amazing, with plenty of baked goods, bacon, and eggs. Our bed was very comfortable. The room had a coffee machine and minibar, and the bathroom came with nice shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The hair dryer was the wall-mounted kind. Great hotel.
