The room was filthy, smelled bad, and had random clothes in it when I arrived. Five people were meant to sleep in a very, very small room that seemed designed for just one bed. An older, ill man was also staying there and doing intravenous injections in the room. The owners put false photos on Booking.com that don’t match the awful condition of the place. There was no locker room or safe room, despite those being listed in the description. When I told the man at reception I wouldn’t stay in those conditions and wanted my payment back, he just laughed and ignored me. I had to look for somewhere to sleep in Milano in a rush, late at night. This pension is not an appropriate place to stay at all.

The man was nice to us, and the place is okay for a short stay. But when we arrived, they charged us 3 euros for a special tax.
