Heartless behavior and the worst experience. I booked this property for a family vacation through booking.com, and the reservation was confirmed. When we arrived, the owner wasn't there to meet us. The phone number on the booking went straight to voicemail, and he didn't respond to messages sent through the platform. The concierge recognized the apartment in the reservation photos and kindly connected us with him. He first denied having any booking that day. We asked if he could rent us a room since we had nowhere else to go and said we’d deal with booking.com later. Then he admitted he had a booking later that day. In the end, he left us stranded in the street with four children. We had to turn back and drive home, spending a whole day in the car with a baby, a toddler, and two kids.

The apartment was excellent, modern, very clean, and quiet even though it’s close to everything. We felt very welcome, and communication with Giampiero was excellent. He’s a great host, and we’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Milan. There are metro and tram stops just steps away, and it’s also possible to walk into the city centre. The Navigli canal area, with loads of restaurants, is nearby.

We had a weekend stay and the accommodation and host were outstanding. He helped with all sorts of requests, from sightseeing and shopping suggestions to recommendations for special restaurants with great food and quality. We’ll book here again when we come back. Grazie mille 👍

I booked through agoda with free cancellation, but the hotel emailed asking me to pay by bank transfer. I replied, and today the hotel cancelled my room without telling me. The service was poor and unprofessional. I don't know whether asking customers to pay outside the platform goes against agoda's policy.
