Missori Suites

We paid €248 a night, and the service didn’t feel like they took customers seriously. The thank-you email even had the wrong name. At check-in I asked how best to get to the airport in the morning, explaining that our flight was at 12 pm and we’d leave early. The receptionist suggested taking the subway to central station for an airport train. The next day, we found out there was a strike, so we had to change our plan and catch a bus. When we were in the hallway calling hello and looking for reception, we heard someone a few times but nobody came.

The location was hard to beat, and our room was clean. We had a wonderful two-night stay with excellent service. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The room was clean and nice, and the man we met at checkout was the only staff member who treated us well. He was really nice and respectful. Getting in at Missori Suites was confusing: there were no signs or instructions, the door was locked, and we had to call to get it opened. The lady who greeted us was rude and frustrating, and wouldn’t let us into the room, even though it was ready, until we paid an extra charge. The next morning housekeeping left one bottle of water for the two of us. When we asked for another, they refused and said it was hotel policy, which seemed weird since other hotels provide water daily for each guest. Reception was hardly ever there, and no one answered the phone when we needed something.

We arrived late at night after flight delays and found the doors shut with nobody there to help. The numbers we had didn’t respond to calls or WhatsApp, so we had to find somewhere else to stay without a reservation in the middle of the night. It cost us 300 euros. The owner wouldn’t consider refunding the first night or even apologize for what happened. It was a very unpleasant situation, and it left the rest of our time there feeling lousy.
