The room was terribly dirty, there was no hot water, and I felt uneasy because there was no lock on the inside of the room. Scam, truffa! They misstate the price on Booking, cancel your reservation, then say you have to buy a more expensive room or you won't get a place.

Having to leave the key at reception whenever you go out feels outdated and inconvenient. Breakfast was extremely poor, there was barely anything to start the day, and the shower was cramped and uncomfortable. My reservation was canceled again and again over three days, supposedly because my credit card was invalid, though my bank repeatedly confirmed it was valid and funded. The first cancellation came just one minute before I arrived, and the same room was immediately listed at a higher price. I had to find somewhere else at the last minute. There was no transparency or customer service, and it felt like pressure to pay more. Unreliable, unfair, and not a place I'd recommend.

After three days of repeated cancellations blamed on an “invalid credit card,” I had to scramble to find alternative accommodation at the last minute. The lack of transparency and proper customer service made it seem like guests were being pushed to pay more. I found the experience stressful and wouldn't trust or recommend this hotel.

The night shift staff were polite and helpful, but they couldn't make up for the rest of this awful stay. The place felt tense and unwelcoming, with unprofessional management. When we asked if we'd found the right hotel, a man wearing chains and acting like he'd stepped out of a gangster film responded aggressively and rudely to us and other guests. Finding the entrance was already a chore. It's hidden at the back of a building, with no clear signs, so check-in felt like a scavenger hunt. Then our discounted third-party booking was canceled just a few hours before check-in, and we were pushed into paying a higher price on the spot. It felt like a trap. I wish I'd read the Google reviews first. There are much better places to stay in Milan for the same price. I'd avoid the stress, surprise fees, and disrespect here.
