The room and facilities were spacious, spotless, and comfortable, and the self check-in was easy. There’s no fuss at the entrance, just a dependable place to stay. I’d come back. One small tip: scooters can’t be parked right outside, but a walk of about 7 minutes gets you within range, with quick access from there to the canal or metro.

After a long day out in Milan, the air conditioning was such a relief in the heat, which reached 35 degrees. The hotel is charming and presented immaculately, and it’s close to the bars, restaurants, and nightlife around Navigli. My boyfriend and I loved staying here. Thanks so much to Sara and the team for being so welcoming. We’d definitely stay again when we’re in Milan. ❤️

We had a comfortable stay in a very clean place, and would definitely recommend it. The area is quiet with plenty of nearby restaurants, though most seem to open in the evening, at least on weekends. The center is a bit far, but trams and buses are an option, with about 5 to 15 minutes of walking overall. Check-in and check-out are self-service and work well, but entry is only allowed at the exact check-in time, not even a minute earlier. The staff were super helpful and know some English. The only issue for us was the overhead-only shower, which made it hard for a girl to wash without getting her hair wet. The staff offered a shower cap, so it all worked out.

Sara, the owner, was attentive and quick to respond, and the spacious family suite we had was brand new and clean. The private parking was very helpful, too. Navigliotel19 has a great location and outstanding service. We’ll definitely be back when we spend a few days in Milan.
