Breakfast had a nice mix of buffet and a la carte, and we'd stay again. The front desk and concierge were helpful and gave us a good walkthrough of the facilities. Our room was spacious, clean, and had great amenities, and the daily cleaning was top notch.

The restaurant was wonderful, with some of the best food we've had in Italy. The manager and staff went way out of their way to celebrate a birthday. The rooms were gorgeous and extremely clean, with lots of little luxuries and tech features. Staff were attentive and friendly throughout, making everything from check-in to checkout superb. Absolutely recommend this place.

Breakfast was adequate, though a five-star hotel could offer more choices. It was included in my price, so I can't really complain, but I'd have been a bit disappointed if I'd paid extra for it. The staff were nice, the rooms modern and clean, with good showers and comfortable beds. Communication when booking was easy, and they kindly upgraded us. It's about a 25-minute walk to Duomo or a short tram ride, with two supermarkets nearby. We'd stay here again.

The door staff really made our stay feel welcoming. They were warm, professional, supportive, and accommodating, always greeting us with a smile when we came back. The Nemi Hotel was easily our favorite hotel of the trip. Everything felt spotless and well cared for, the room was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast was fresh and satisfying each morning. I'd highly recommend the Nemi Hotel to anyone visiting Milan.
