The location would get six stars from me if I could give that many. It’s only 600m from Piazza Duomo, close enough to walk everywhere I wanted to go. The hotel has a comfortable, homey feel, with bright rooms and friendly staff. There were thoughtful extras too: a free non-alcoholic mini-bar, a big block of good Italian chocolate on the pillow, and a complimentary welcome drink in the cozy bar. If you can, get a street-facing room with a small leafy balcony and sunny yellow garden furniture. The faux lawn is cute. Breakfast buffet was generous too.

We had less than 24 hours in Milan, and this was a perfect base for getting a taste of the city. The hotel is super cute and under a five-minute walk from the duomo. Staff were friendly, and complimentary water and sodas were provided.

I got a nice dark chocolate welcome. The hotel is very quiet despite being so central, just a four-minute walk to Duomo and under 20 minutes from the other attractions in Milan’s city centre.

I’ve stayed here countless times. It’s a great spot, friendly and comfortable, with good breakfast. I’m loyal to a chain, but when I’m in Milan, I stay here.

The staff were incredibly helpful. They arranged our taxis, helped me set up a parcel delivery, and even offered to put our luggage in the car. I watched how they treated other guests too, and they were kind and helpful to everyone. Our room was pristine, with a bathroom that had every amenity I could think of, and the hotel offers plenty of free snacks in the foyer. Each room has a fully stocked fridge with free non-alcoholic drinks, plus a large slab of excellent vegan chocolate. Breakfast buffet was excellent, with vegan options that made me happy. The hotel has old-world charm, and I don’t understand how it’s only rated three stars. I’ve holidayed in Europe many times, and this was one of the loveliest hotels I’ve stayed in. I’m not easily pleased, but it truly exceeded every expectation. The people who work there can be proud, and I trust management values them.
