Oasi Village Hotel

The setup here gives me the creeps. I don't usually complain, and I've stayed in cheap hostels and under tents, but this place feels really sketchy. I've stayed twice only because it was hard to find anything cheaper at short notice. Next time I might sleep at the airport, at least I'll know what I'm getting into. You can't lock your room from the inside, and the hotel won't take responsibility if valuables aren't in the safe. It feels like they make theft possible and then blame you for it. That's scammer nonsense to me. The building is a maze, like an old residential place partly bought up by a cheap investor. When I got lost trying to find my room, the receptionist ran after me and then showed me the wrong room. Maybe I'm overreacting, but I've seen enough scammers in Italy to trust my gut when something feels off. For a cheap place, I only expect a decent bed and shower. Still, I'd stay away if you want the luxury of shutting your door and getting some sleep in peace.

We've visited twice, and the hotel was clean, cozy, and quiet both times. The location is convenient. We skipped breakfast and ate out instead. Thanks very much to the staff, I'd recommend staying here.

The reception team were kind and helpful from the time I booked right through check-out, and I appreciated their hospitality. I had a great stay, with four peaceful nights in a comfortable place. My room was clean and warm, just right for January. One caution: watch your belongings at Piola metro station. Taking the bus is safer.

The rooms are on the small side, but it's usually quiet. It's quite far from the station. A reasonable pick if you're looking for a budget friendly option.
