Duomo 2 Apartment

The view from the rooftop terrace at breakfast is great, and the food was really tasty. From the hotel you can see all of Duomo square and the Cathedral, and you're close to the center and main shopping areas. My room was cute and clean, and I have to mention the dyson hairdryer. I'd recommend it!

We loved our stay and would come back if we visit Milan again. The hotel felt unique, the staff were exceptionally friendly and courteous, and the location put us right in the heart of all the action.

My best friend arranged her birthday dinner here, and it was spectacular. The meal was delightful, with a beautiful view of the Duomo lit up, and the service was excellent from start to finish. We didn't stay overnight, but a staff member happily showed us an empty room out of curiosity. The decor was tasteful and modern. Beautiful hotel.

My family liked the rooms, but after this four-day stay I wouldn't come back or recommend the hotel. The receptionist was rude when we arrived and spoke nervously when asking if we spoke English. She treated us as if she'd paid for our stay, even though I'd paid for it with breakfast. She explained how to use the room card and said she'd give it to us, but the whole interaction felt terrible. Breakfast was no better. The staff at the entrance were rude too, and the receptionist chose a table for us, saying it suited us. I first put the problem down to the language barrier, but when I looked around, it seemed Americans were seated in a corner, Arabs at the back, and Italians at the best tables. It felt racist, and I really regretted staying here.
