The staff were friendly and very helpful, and I’d gladly recommend this place to friends and family. My room was large, with a kitchenette and bathroom. There’s a tram right outside, and the Metro is about 120 metres away, two stops from Centrale. A ride to Milano Centrale costs under €10 depending on the time of day. Restaurants and bars are all around the residence.

The Wi-Fi is awful and really inconvenient. They need to upgrade it.

The location is the one thing going for this place, though there are several other options nearby. The rooms are dirty and run down, and maintenance and cleaning are a serious problem. The photos on booking and other sites are misleading. They combine pictures from different rooms as if they were one, and they were taken a long time ago, so they don’t show the current condition. I rented for a month and was away part of the time. When I returned, I found that other clients had used the property. It was the most disgusting thing I’d ever seen.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. They wouldn’t let us use the AC, and whenever we asked about anything, they simply refused and told us to complain to the service provider.

Clean? Comfortable? Nice? Definitely the worst place I’ve seen in Milan so far!
