Sant'Ambrogio Apartments

The rooms were clean and the facilities worked fine, but the cigarette smell was really unpleasant. It got worse when we used the heating or air conditioning, and even with the windows open. It was also loud all night, with traffic outside and people in and around the building. There's no soundproofing. Check-in is at Hotel Pierre Milano, which wasn't listed on the booking sites, so it took some effort to find. There was also street construction going on, even though reviews from early 2024 had mentioned it and this was already late 2025.

The room was clean and modern, and the staff were helpful. Finding out that check-in was at the hotel next door made it easy. The location was convenient, and parking was available.

We had a nice two-room apartment with a good living area, hob, dishwasher, kettle, and coffee machine. It was clean and had a reasonable amount of equipment, making it a great starting point for exploring the city. The entry system is a little unusual, but once you work it out, it's fine. I'd happily stay here again.

The property and its service are excellent, but having a car makes parking a real challenge. There's no front desk here, and the property's phone number and email address never seem to answer. Check-in is handled at the hotel next door.
