STRAF Hotel gave us a very positive stay during our anniversary trip through Italy. Its modern industrial look is distinctive and very Milan, though it won’t suit everyone. It isn’t a traditional luxury hotel, but it offers something different and is in one of the city’s best locations. Being steps from the Duomo made it easy to see the sights, shop, dine, and explore on foot. The team’s help stood out most. In the months before we arrived, they were consistently responsive while we sorted out transportation for the next part of our trip to Lake Como. Their answers and planning help put us at ease and made things feel much more seamless. Our Marriott profile noted that we were celebrating our 10-year wedding anniversary. We weren’t expecting special recognition, especially since the hotel isn’t positioned as ultra-luxury, but a thoughtful note, wine, and chocolates were waiting in the room. It was a simple gesture that made us feel welcomed and appreciated. If you’re after a traditional luxury hotel, another property may suit you better. STRAF delivers a stylish, well-located stay with a team that cares about guests. We’d happily return to Milan and stay here again.

Christina at reception deserves a special thank you. Her professionalism and warm hospitality made our stay wonderful and unforgettable. The team responded unbelievably quickly to every need or request, and the spa was splendid. We had the best hotel stay at STRAF Hotel in Milan. The location is perfect, the rooms are beautifully designed, and the service is excellent. Breakfast was a highlight too, with amazing service and the best freshly squeezed juices. We had a great long weekend at STRAF with my significant other, and we’re already looking forward to returning. The staff were polite, welcoming, and helpful throughout, and the rooms and shared areas were very clean. The hotel’s modern, distinctive design made the stay feel special. It’s centrally located, so it was easy to explore downtown Milan, yet our room was quiet and comfortable. We’d happily recommend STRAF to anyone visiting Milan.

The food was fresh and delicious, and the H20 wellness center was a relaxing, luxurious part of our stay. Staff were kind and went above and beyond to make things enjoyable. The location is hard to beat, just steps from the Duomo and luxury shops, with a metro station nearby connecting you to the rest of Milan. These aren’t traditional hotel rooms, but they’re modern, thoughtfully equipped, stunning, and unique. Staying at Straf Milan is memorable, and anyone who appreciates that style will love it. I had such a great experience that I wanted to leave a glowing review. You won’t be disappointed.

The service was incredible, and the restaurant and bar were fantastic. Such a chic hotel, with a great, very arty room. I didn’t get to try the pool or sauna, but I took a look and they seemed amazing. I’d definitely stay here again.
