Porta Romana is a gem, especially this part, with loads of great restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The apartment is in a residential building where ordinary families live, and the residents I passed were always friendly. It’s peaceful here, and the roller shutters make the bedroom and living room completely dark at night. The bedroom is spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Carlo was one of the friendliest, most easygoing hosts I’ve met. He replied quickly and helped me several times, including with an umbrella and extending my stay. When I left my glasses behind, he even kindly shipped them back to me. The apartment is gorgeous and perfectly placed, with everything for a short or longer visit: a dishwasher, washer and dryer, huge refrigerator, and lots of cabinet and closet space. Everything is new and excellent quality. When I come back to Milan, this will be the first place I look for.

For my two-night visit, the apartment was exactly as described and everything was clean and comfortable. Check-in went smoothly, and the host was responsive and helpful the whole time. It’s well equipped and conveniently located for public transport. I’d gladly stay again and recommend it to other travelers.

Carlo is welcoming and was happy to help whenever I asked. The apartment was spotless and had everything I needed. Porta Romana tube station is a four-minute walk, with other Overground connections nearby, and you can also walk into Milan city centre. Plenty of local restaurants and bars make it easy to enjoy the evenings. Everything went smoothly for me. Highly recommended!

I had a very good stay at Porta Romana 2 Suite, even with work meetings nearby. The place was extremely clean and everything was in its proper place. I’ll definitely come back.

The neighborhood is welcoming and lovely, with shops, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants. The metro is a five-minute walk away, so getting into central Milan is easy. The owner was very friendly, helpful, and quick to respond whenever we asked for something. The apartment was cozy, beautifully decorated, and had all the comforts, including things we hadn’t expected. It looked just like the website photos and exceeded our expectations. I’d definitely stay again on my next visit to Milan and recommend it to my friends.
