We spent 11 days at Suitime in Milano and loved it. The two levels gave us lots of room to spread out, and having four beds was essential for our family of four adults. That's hard to find. The kitchen was nicely equipped for cooking and serving, and the owners and cleaning staff were so friendly and accommodating. The owners couldn’t be sweeter.

Our booking was cancelled by the owner/manager, Fabio Lopez, on the morning we were supposed to arrive. I had booked while in Rome for a family wedding, hoping my friend and I could spend the weekend in Milan to de-stress. Awful. Zero ethics and a big ego. Please read my notes in the "noteworthy details" segment for the full account. He was rude, egotistical, and didn't want to hear how service works. The main thing to take from this place is your booking. I strongly discourage anyone from staying here. Bad, bad, extremely outrageous conduct.

We’ve been choosing Suitime for years whenever we visit Milan and wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else. The rooms are neat, comfortable, nicely decorated, and spotless, in great locations. Flavio is the best host you could ask for.

There are two floors, which worked well for our family. It’s a modern apartment, and having a kitchen was handy for cooking our own meals.

The location made it easy to explore central Milano. It’s a cute, simple place, and the people managing it were really nice. I’d recommend it for work trips or sightseeing.
