The room lights weren’t working, and a bright green light made it hard to sleep. We could also hear neighbors partying. Be careful with the price: they showed a lower amount by undercounting the tourist tax, then charged more when I arrived. I don’t think they’re honest.

Cris deserves special thanks for being so kind, professional, and helpful, and for going out of her way to make everything right. The whole reception team was fantastic during my stay at Torriani Suites. It’s rare to receive hospitality that feels this sincere. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Milan who appreciates great service.

The staff is what made my stay at Torriani Suites unforgettable. Even when she was working by herself, she handled everything professionally and warmly, paying attention to every detail and making me feel looked after from the moment I arrived. The suites were elegant, clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything I could want. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, and I felt at home. This is a lovely place to stay, with comfort, convenience, and outstanding hospitality. I’d definitely come back and recommend it.

The staff were really friendly and helped us make the most of our visit. Our room was clean and just right for staying in this great location. It’s an eight-minute walk to Milano Central station, and tram lines 1 and 3 are a minute away, taking about 10-15 minutes to reach the tourist attractions. We really recommend it.

The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well equipped, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. It’s also ideally placed near major attractions and public transport. I had a fantastic stay in Milan and would gladly come back. Highly recommend!
