The apartment was nicely decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. It seemed clean at first, but checking under the bed was a mistake. There were so many cobwebs that I think spiders had been nesting there, and it looked like that spot hadn't been cleaned for months. I also didn't like that the apartment door was left open all the time, so anyone could walk in. At least the bedrooms had locks.

The welcome was awful, and the room was filthy. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in at least five months, with cobwebs everywhere and a dirty bathroom. On top of that, there was never any hot water. A terrible experience. I've never stayed somewhere like this.

We stayed here in January 2016, four friends in all. The apartment was modern and comfortable, and the location was good. We did have a serious key problem: the cleaner had taken them, and nobody could reach her. Since our flight was only a few hours away, they ended up passing our suitcases out through the window. We got there just in time. The people managing the place were of Asian descent and spoke Italian but very little English, which made communication difficult. Apart from that, it was a nice place.

Good value for the price and a handy location near the metro and city center.
