The people at UNA Scandinavia Hotel made this stay stand out. Gulia, Aurora,Konstantine, Sam, and pretty much everyone there were warm, helpful, and unlike hotel staff I’ve met in 25 years of traveling. I was there for 45 days. I’ve stayed in newer, more luxurious hotels with far more services, but the team here felt unique. Well done, Ms. Laura, for bringing them together.

The atmosphere was chill and the drinks were spot on. Mohammed was super welcoming and gave me great recommendations that suited what I was in the mood for. We had a great experience here. He’s the best!! 🫶🏻✨

The bed and pillows were really comfortable, and the room had all the amenities we needed and was clean. It’s an older property, though, and sound carries easily between rooms, even normal conversation. The elevator is quite small too. The location is handy, with restaurants, a supermarket, and train and tram stops all nearby.

Mohammed made our first dinner in Milan feel especially welcoming. He’s warm and professional, always smiling, and served us amazing food and drinks. The meals and service were perfect, and he really helped us enjoy the evening. Five stars, would recommend.
