We ended up cancelling and finding another hotel. Our booking hadn't been entered properly, and the receptionist was unfriendly and arrogant. There were four of us, but he assigned two rooms with single beds without telling us. When we asked, he said nothing else was available and that we should sleep back to back in the same bed.

I never got to stay there, but the customer service was way above what I expected. I had booked ahead for work, then changed the booking when I realized I'd arrive late. They confirmed the change almost right away. A day later, it looked like I wouldn't be going after all, and they waived the cancellation fee, which was the cost of the room. Keep up the good work!

Fine for a one-night stop. The bathroom wasn't as clean as we'd have liked, and breakfast is at the nearest street bar, where the choices are just croissants and coffee. They don't speak English, so use Google Translate.

The people running this hotel are really lovely. The rooms are huge, and the facilities are excellent. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The beds were incredibly uncomfortable, and the room was drenched in a really strong bleach smell. I don't even know what to say, just wow. It would do in an emergency, though.
