Hotel De Amicis

The shower had plenty of room, a rainfall head, and good towels, though it drained poorly, so I had to pause the water now and then to keep the room from flooding. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise even with only 3 of the ten rooms occupied in the off season: lots of choice, good quality products, and some hot food. The scrambled eggs were fine, but the bacon needed more cooking. I booked this new, clean, refined, almost luxurious little property for convenience while driving through for one night, and it turned out to be a standout in the region. I’d been wary of the glowing reviews on here and elsewhere, since it seemed too good to be true. The bed felt a little soft at first, but was very comfortable and gave me a great night’s sleep. All in all, I’m happy to recommend it.

For a quiet stay in a small town, this is a good choice. The place is fresh, very clean, and really nice, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good too, with coffee freshly made to order, as you’d expect at a good Italian hotel or restaurant. I was a little skeptical when I saw only around 10 reviews, all 5 stars, but the hotel has earned them. If we’re in the area again, we’ll clearly choose it.

The breakfast was simply delicious, and the quiet setting made for a relaxing weekend. The rooms were exceptionally clean and impeccably kept, and the attention to guests was unlike anything I’ve experienced elsewhere. I haven’t enjoyed a hotel stay this much in a long time. I really recommend it.

Even though it isn’t quite central, the stay was a resounding 10/10 for me. Hotel De Amici has a warm, classy feel that keeps impressing me. Breakfast is a highlight, with a tasty mix of sweet and savory choices. The rooms feel luxurious, with an enormous, very comfortable double bed and a gigantic smart TV. There’s also a handy refrigerator with complimentary soft drinks and water. Best surprise of all, there was a bottle of Moët waiting on arrival. I highly recommend it for an exceptional stay.
