The pool was nice, though a bit dirty, and the restaurant's pizza was delicious. Those were the only bright spots; we left disappointed, and they couldn't make up for the rest of the stay. We got there yesterday at noon and spent two hours waiting in the check-in line under the sun, despite having checked in online beforehand. Our pitch was covered in old rubbish left by the long-term neighbor. He said nobody had collected it for weeks, so he and his friends moved the old wood, cans, floor panels and other junk aside just so we could park and set up. The shower sign said there was no hot water and that a “quick” repair was underway, but the water was extremely cold. That doesn't work with a toddler. At reception, they said they were waiting for technicians from out of town and couldn't say when it would be fixed. I asked if there was another option, and there wasn't. The pool restroom was closed too, with guests directed to the bar. In the women's restroom there, neither door worked properly or could be locked. That's enough.

The restaurant staff were the kindest people I've met, always quick to help. The pool had everything we needed, too. The rooms looked pretty old, but they were great, clean, and well kept. I'd recommend it and hope to come back next year.

Really well done. The camping area is beautiful, with a nice beach and pool, and the mobile homes have all the amenities.

We had two children with us, and standing in a corridor with our drinks while a storm poured down, with thunder and lightning, was a pretty shocking experience. There was no empathy or hospitality at all. It was unprofessional and cheeky, and it spoiled our whole time at the campsite. Never again. We'd sat outside and ordered drinks and food for four. Then the storm rolled in with torrential rain, thunder, and lightning. The entire indoor area was empty, with tables set for at least 50 people, but staff told us we couldn't sit inside. A waiter later handed us our food as takeaway and asked for the full payment, even though we couldn't even drink our drinks. When we asked why, we were told the indoor seats were only for all-inclusive guests. Not one person was sitting there, and at 9pm the all-inclusive guests had long since passed. Their “concession” was waiving the cuperto. I'd never written a negative review before, and I've never been treated like that.

We won't be coming back, and I wouldn't recommend this site. The caravans are packed too close for any privacy, and it isn't relaxing. Some Italian residents seem to live there permanently, with scruffy setups, and are very loud and inconsiderate. The disco kept going loudly until 11:30pm. Dogs were everywhere, and owners didn't keep them under control. The Eurocamp website says you can park near your caravan, but that's not the case. We had to leave the car on waste ground at the back of the site, which didn't feel safe.
