From this hillside villa you get the sea on one side and mountains on the other. The owner is friendly and always ready to help. If you're after an Italian experience, this is a perfect place.

Breakfast was excellent and wholesome, made by the friendly owner, who was very welcoming and helpful along with her husband. The villa is beautiful, surrounded by greenery and lovely views. It's a chance to properly relax in the Marche region while keeping the most popular tourist destinations nearby.

This is a bed and breakfast, so it's best suited to people who like that kind of stay rather than expecting hotel services. You do need your own vehicle. It's on a hill about 25 km from Ancona, 10 km from the sea, and 1 km from the lovely village of Monte San Vito. It's a beautiful villa, and the owner makes you feel like a friend visiting. It could be a good value option compared with staying in Ancona or by the sea, and a handy base for exploring the inland parts of Ancona province.

The location is splendid, and the cleanliness and breakfast were excellent. Mr. Doriano was exceptionally helpful, and the stay was peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommended, and I'd gladly return.

The manager is always helpful, and I enjoyed our long, pleasant chats. The room was comfortable and clean, the views were beautiful, and the place was friendly and peaceful. They welcome dogs too, which is another plus. Highly recommended for people who love nature. I'll definitely be back.
